About Your Next Job

As Scientific Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for building and executing digital marketing programs that generate qualified leads and strengthen the top of the commercial funnel. You and your team will translate complex scientific and technical offerings into effective campaigns, clear messaging, and high-converting digital experiences that support pipeline growth.

You work at the intersection of marketing, science, and sales, partnering closely with scientists, account managers, business development, and leadership. This is a hands-on standalone role with clear ownership of campaign execution, website optimization, lead generation, and marketing performance tracking.

Scientific content creation will be supported by external copywriters/freelancers and interns. Your role is to ensure that content, campaigns, and digital assets are commercially relevant, scientifically accurate, well targeted, and effective in generating demand.

About Your Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role, you develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to key target audiences and stakeholders within biotech and pharma.

You work in a group to define ideal customer profiles, support buyer journey mapping, and help shape messaging for core service areas, including sequencing, regulatory support, GMP/GxP-related services, and other strategic commercial priorities. You coordinate campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email, webinars, and landing pages, ensuring strong alignment with business goals and sales priorities.

You are responsible for managing organic and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization. You also build and improve landing pages and website content using tools such as WordPress and Elementor, with a strong focus on conversion performance, user experience, and SEO fundamentals.

You own email marketing execution and automation workflows, including nurture campaigns, segmentation, lead capture, and lifecycle communication. You coordinate webinar promotion and follow-up with internal experts and commercial teams to ensure engagement is translated into measurable pipeline activity.

You track and report performance across campaigns and channels, including key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, website traffic, campaign attribution, and funnel performance. You identify what is working, what is not, and where to improve.

You also support account-based and territory-based marketing initiatives in close partnership with the commercial team, and will manage any interns, freelancers and external partners to support your job functions.
