Job Description:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal supervision. Works on and supports multiple technology projects impacting cross-functional departments. Ensures deliverables are coordinated to support successful implementations using multiple types of project management frameworks and methodologies. Drives effective business decisions and communicates insights on organizational progress.

Specific tasks and job duties of the position that are required daily:

• Capable of leading multi-functional teams to operationalize strategy into action, instructing and informing team members of production timelines and provides motivation to achieve process milestones.
• Communicates cross-functionally supporting coordination of project expectations and deliverables.
• Implements systems for evaluating project strengths, identifying areas of opportunity, and recommending process improvements.
  Interfaces with project owners, senior management, and relevant stakeholders to create project roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
• Acts independently to plan, prioritize, and provide oversight throughout each lifecycle phase of projects.
• Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualification

• Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
• Bachelor or University degree in preferably Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• 6-8 years relevant work experience as project manager with leading and directing project teams.
• Proven expertise in project management, from URS, scoping through qualification and validation including handover to the end-users.
• Proven experience in Pharmaceutical (GMP) production environment.
• Knowledge of ANNEX 1
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Has a can-do mentality.
