About Your Next Job
We are looking for an Operations Manager Spray & Post-Drying to lead a critical part of our manufacturing organization. In this key leadership role, you will ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality product supply while developing people and continuously improving performance.
The department operates in a 24/7 shift regime and consists of approximately 40 employees.
Your Role
As Operations Manager, you hold end-to-end accountability for Spray & Post-Drying operations. You ensure products and associated documentation fully comply with EHS², quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
You are a people-first leader, a role model for safety and quality, and a catalyst for continuous improvement—connecting strategy with strong day-to-day execution.
About Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily Spray & Post-Drying operations, including execution of the DPI production schedule
- Actively live and promote the Credo and Johnson & Johnson values
- Champion EHS² and Quality, ensuring strong SHE-Q performance and compliance
- Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, service, cost, and efficiency
- Monitor and deliver on KPIs related to SHE, Quality, Schedule, and Cost
- Ensure effective handling of deviations, investigations, and CAPA implementation
- Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and operators; support talent development and hiring
- Contribute to strategic and tactical capacity management and help shape the future of the Geel site as a leading L&G manufacturing hub
